The Inspectorate General of Prisons & Corrections Service Sindh (IGP Sindh) is an important wing of the Home Department, Government of Sindh, responsible for the administration, management, security and oversight of prisons and correctional institutions across the province of Sindh.

The Inspectorate General works to ensure the safe, secure and lawful custody of prisoners while maintaining discipline and order within prisons. It also focuses on the welfare, rehabilitation, reformation and reintegration of prisoners into society in accordance with applicable laws, rules and policies.

The organization is headed by the Inspector General of Sindh Prisons & Corrections Service, who oversees the overall functioning of the Prison Service and coordinates with the Home Department and other relevant government institutions.
