Anti-Terrorism Courts Sindh

The Anti-Terrorism Courts (ATCs), Sindh are specialized courts established under the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 for the expeditious trial of offences falling within the scope of anti-terrorism legislation.

These Courts play an important role in the administration of criminal justice by providing a specialized judicial forum for dealing with terrorism-related offences and other cases falling within their statutory jurisdiction. The Courts aim to ensure the timely and effective disposal of cases in accordance with the law, while safeguarding the principles of due process and fair trial.

The administrative and establishment-related matters of the Anti-Terrorism Courts in Sindh are dealt with through the Office of Registrar Special Courts STA/ATA, Home Department, Government of Sindh, which handles matters relating to the Judges and staff posted in the Anti-Terrorism Courts.
